6月27日上午10时后，木姐105英里处贸易区遭到三发炮弹打击，致伤一男一女。事件发生后，木姐警方进入警戒状态。
贸易区副主任说，疑似60mm迫击炮弹炸破了警察所附近Shwelaikpyar饭店的屋顶，还击中了缅甸国民银行的一个支行及贸易区。
木姐警官Min Min Oo说：“我们与军队一起进行安全检查。轻步兵士兵们日夜戒备。贸易区附近群山叠嶂，所以难以抓到攻击者。尽管炮击的目标是105英里处贸易区，但因这里距木姐市中心只有7公里，居民们仍感恐惧。”
负伤者被送往木姐人民医院，伤势并不严重。贸易区运转如常。
Muse on security alert
YANGON: Muse District police say they have set the security services on alert after three bombs hit Muse’s 105th-mile trade zone after 10pm on June 27, injuring a male and a female.
Suspected 60mm mortars ripped apart the roof of the Shwelaikpyar restaurant near a police station, a branch of Myanmar Citizens Bank and the trade zone, said the deputy director of the trade zone.
Police Officer Min Min Oo from Muse said: “We carried out security checks, working with the military. According to the Light Infantry, soldiers are keeping day and night security. There are many hills near the trade zone so it was difficult to catch the attackers. Although bombs are aimed at the 105th-mile trade zone, residents are terrified because Muse centre is only 7km away.”
The injured were taken to Muse People’s Hospital and are not in a serious condition. The trade zone is operating normally.
