难民问题沸沸扬扬，在联合国里闹得不可开交，50万难民的包袱实在不小，为此各国都向缅甸提遣返难民的要求和条件，据缅甸媒体报道孟加拉国开的条件如下：

1.所有他罗兴亚人强制给予公民权，我们代表缅甸政府无条件遣返难民。

2，罗兴亚人可以回家前必须提供安全保障

3. 被烧毁火灾罗兴亚族人必须全额赔偿

4.罗兴亚族人必须有教育权

5.无条件返还罗兴亚族人的土地和财产

6.若开必须沿用历史名称阿拉干邦

7. 罗族人应有自由贸易权和易货安全

8.为罗兴亚人在若开阿拉干邦司法独立，罗族裁判官审理罗兴亚人案件

9.罗兴亚囚犯要有符合自己民族条件的独立监狱

10.缅甸应建立一个独立的穆斯林部

11.不允许任何非政府组织进入若开阿拉干邦，不允许外国记者进入阿拉干并进行电视广播运行

12.在若开阿拉干邦土地上生活的佛教百姓家曾配给的武器和炸弹应全数退还缅军。

13.强奸杀害罗兴亚女性、偷猎滥发罗族女青年信息的种族灭绝犯罪应在国际法院法院受审。

14.伊斯兰会议组织和联合国维和部队必须分配到每个坦纳村级别派出所

15.罗兴亚清真寺必须设置完整的所有宗教机构服务功能，包括设立Tadrasa宗教学校Maktab Tabli、礼宾、殡仪服务

16.罗族人应有在所有政府部门内任职的权利。包括教师和学生

17.罗兴亚人有权在阿拉干邦内任何地方定居，有权去缅甸移到任何地方

18个罗族人必须有自己的国家签证。护照办事处必须在若开邦, 罗辛亚人应有合法出境机会.

19.任何情况下军队、地区警察部队、和任何武装力量不能以罗兴亚人的名义进入罗兴亚人

20.不要阻挠罗兴亚人穿戴阿莱姆乌拉马斯睡衣帽，不要阻挠宗教活动。

21.将有饲养的牛、家禽不在赔偿之列。

1. All he Rohingya people will have to give them compulsory civil rights and we have to retum them without giving any conditions on behalf of the Burmese government.

2 Security must be provided before Rohingyas can be taken back home.

3. Offically, the Rohingyas who have been burnt by fire have to pay their full compensation.

4. Rohingyas will have to give rights to all education.

5. Rohingyas will have to return the land and property on paper without any conditions.

6. The Rohingyas will have to give the old name Arakan State.

7. Rohngyas will have to give free trade rights and security of trade goods.

8. Separate judical system for the Rohingya in Arakan Judge, the magistrate has to pay the Rohingya.

9. Holding the Rohingya prisoners and imprisoning them in jail, day after day, they will have to leave their conditional and have to set up separate jail for Arakan for Rohingyas .

10.The establishment of a separate Muslim Ministry for Rohingyas.

11. Any NGOs will not be allowed, to allow foreign and foreign journalists to enter Arakan as well as to prevent their own TV channel running.

12. The weapon and bombs that were given at the homes of the Buddhist people living in Arakan lands will be fully returned.

13. The genocide of women raped and secretly revealed to the youth of Rohingya women over the ages has to be tried in the International Court of Justice.

14. For Rohingyas, the OIC and UN peacekeeping force must be assigned to the police station in every thana.

15. All religious establishment including mosque tadrasa Madrasa Maktab Tabli's dead body must be set up for the Rohingya mosque.

16. Rohingyas will be given Jobs in all government departments. All students, including teachers and students, will have to give rights.

17. Rohingya have the right to move from anywhere in Arakan and Burma to anywhere.

18 Rohingyas will have to arrange a visa for their own country. Passport offices must be in Arakan and Rohingyas will have the opportunity to go abroad.

19. Without any case, any army including the district police will not be able to enter the name of Rohingya in the name of the Rohingya.

20. Do not obstruct the wearing of pajama hat in the Rohingya Alem Ullamas, besides preventing religious activities.

21. There will be not compensation for the cattle poultry rearing.

这个节奏，不是要独立吗？继续驱赶。
绿教有侵占领别人的家园天性，科索沃本来是塞尔维亚族，绿教把塞尔维亚人赶走了，现在还独立了。
当年南联盟也驱赶科索沃的绿教，是正确的，不过南联盟可没有好令居，被北约给害了。

教不教的倒是无所谓，在国际强权政治靠实力说话，还要假装占道德制高点。孟国提条件看上去就是要让罗族人在阿拉干独立建国，看着条件开的大方，罗族人和穆斯林社会都非常感激。缅甸往后怎么做都被动，不能解套。

科索沃不是塞尔维亚族，是阿尔巴尼亚族！

科索沃最早是塞尔维亚族，奥斯曼土耳其时候，绿教的阿尔巴尼亚慢慢填充了科索沃，绿教来了，原来的塞尔维亚人就走了。
科索沃相当于是塞尔维亚的关中，塞族当年的文化发源地。

素鸡政府被西方抛弃，军队成了新版纳粹，缅甸已在回到万国厌的老路上了，各个受压迫的少数民族和民地武应该利用好这个事件和这段时期带来的联合国、宗教、政治和政府通道，联合起来大干一场，争取自己的最终民族权力
