印度请求缅甸政府引渡那加K武装领导人

      印度政府日前再次请求缅甸政府能够帮助引渡那加卡普兰武装的四名领导人，包括卡普兰、尼基苏米、基里楚和埃桑，因为他们领导制造了6月4日曼尼普尔袭击，有18名印军士兵死亡。据说袭击发生时，卡普兰正在仰光缅甸政府医院治病，现他已经返回那加K武装控制区。其它三位领导也都在缅甸境内穿梭于各个那加K武装营地。


      做了这么多表情，又回到了原点。四万大军直接打啊？敏昂莱出访也是屁用没有？可能过几天卡普兰又要仰光参加缅甸全国停火协议的签署，到时候可以抓捕然后引渡给印度啊？


      那加卡普兰武装主要控制那加兰东部及曼尼普尔印缅边境的一些地区，还有缅甸实皆及克钦北部一些地区，也有部份那加K的武装人员深入到那加IM武装控制区活动，双方因此时常发生冲突。


      那加卡普兰武装现任军事总指挥尼基苏米表求，那加卡普兰武装的目标不会改变，就是要寻求那加人民的自由解放，他们绝对不会承认印缅边境线，现在那加卡普兰与缅甸政府仅仅是一个停火协议，并没有其它更多的。据最新数据，那加卡普兰武装现在总兵力在3500人左右，总部在实皆的taga，而那加IM武装兵力要在5000人以上，他们的装备及补给基本都同样是靠东面的朋友。


      顺便说一句，有那加民间团体最近到缅甸见到了卡普兰，同时还举行了双边会谈，民间团体希望卡普兰能够加入到那加和平进程当中，与印度政府恢复停火状态。还有印度官员私下保证，如果那加卡普兰重新“归顺”，将会赦免尼基苏米，因为他们认为尼基苏米策划并制造了曼尼普尔袭击。但令民间团体非常不愉快的是，卡普兰只是露了个面，就以身体不适为理由离开了，尼基苏米主导了会谈，双方并没有什么成果。


India requests Myanmar to extradite Khaplang and fellow compatriots


NEW DELHI: India has sought the help of Myanmar to seek the surrender of four top leaders of Naga outfit including its chief SS Khaplang, holding them responsible for killing of 18 Army soldiers in Manipur on June 4.


Besides Khaplang, India sought the custody of Niki Sumi, Kirichu and Asang, who were believed to have planned and supervised the attack in Manipur’s Chandel district.


The request was placed during the meeting of India- Myanmar Joint Consultative Committee held here last month, government sources said.


The Indian delegation told the Myanmarese team that the four had hatched the conspiracy to attack the Indian soldiers and directly supervised the execution of the plan.


The sources said the Myanmar delegation, however, remained non-committal over India’s request to hand over the NSCN-K leaders.


Khaplang, a Naga from Myanmar, was reportedly undergoing treatment at a hospital in Yangon on the day of the attack. However, later he shifted to his base in Taga, located along the Sino-Myanmar border.


The other three NSCN-K leaders are also believed to be in Myanmar and they shuttle between Taga and the outfit’s other camps.


Days after the attack, Indian Army commandos carried out an attack on NSCN-K camps along the border with Myanmar.
