缅北继续激战,旅游者有麻烦

In Kachin state on January 31 approximately at 5:00 p.m., three Burmese army troops from Nam Hkyi Maw base got severely injured after stepping on a landmine planted by KIA troops, a frontline KLN source reported.
据克钦KLN前线消息,2017年1月31日下午5点,从Nam Hkyi Maw出来的缅军踩中了克钦独立军预埋的地雷,伤亡惨重。
On the same day in northern Shan state along Manje-Kong Hai road at around 3:20 p.m., clashes erupted between Burmese army troops and KIA’s 36th Battalion troops under 6th Brigade after KIA troops attacked their enemy with four hand grenades. Six Burmese army troops had reportedly been killed while unknown number of troops were wounded.
同日下午 活动在掸邦北部的克钦六旅36营向一队沿 Manje-Kong Hai 公路行军的缅军发起四颗手榴弹攻击,随后爆发激战。确认击毙缅军6名,击伤若干。
Meanwhile, local civilians travelling between Pangsai and Mongkoe have been stopped by Burmese army troops on January 31. Local travelers were asked to show white cards issued by Burmese army bases in the area. If a civilian is found travelling without the white card, he or she is severely beaten by Burmese soldiers, reported a KLN source.
与此同时,KLN前线消息,一些在Pangsai 和 Mongkoe之间的旅游者被缅军叫停,要求出示当地缅军发放的白卡(通行证)。缅军会毒打如果没有白卡的旅游者。
